I can help you reveal your inner strengths that you didn’t trust or know you had

My journey as a therapist started in community mental health, where I worked with individuals facing big challenges—incarceration, severe mental illness, and substance abuse. While the work was meaningful, over time, I began to feel burnt out and disconnected from the passion that first brought me to this field.

By 2020, I knew something had to change. I decided to step back and focus on building my private practice—a decision that brought balance back into my life. This shift allowed me to show up fully for the people I work with and gave me the space to heal my own nervous system from the relentless pressure of achievement-driven goals.

That experience not only renewed my energy but also deepened my understanding of how to help others rewire their nervous systems in ways that feel safe and supportive. It reminded me why I love this work—helping people strengthen relationships and create lives that truly feel like their own.
