Who I Work With
Individuals
Individual therapy is your time and space to focus on you. It’s a chance to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive. Together, we’ll work through challenges, uncover patterns, and help you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself. It’s not about fixing—you’re not broken. It’s about growing, healing, and creating a life that feels true to you.
Families
Family therapy is about creating a safe space where everyone in the family feels heard, understood, and supported. It’s a chance to work through challenges together, improve communication, and strengthen your relationships. It’s not about placing blame—it’s about finding new ways to connect, grow, and support each other as a team.
Teens and Young Adults
Therapy for teens and young adults is about creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. It’s a chance to talk openly about what’s going on—whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationships, school, or figuring out who you are and what you want.
This stage of life can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming and full of pressure. Together, I’ll help you sort through those feelings, gain tools to handle challenges, and build confidence in yourself and your choices. It’s not about telling you what to do—it’s about helping you discover your own path and navigate life’s ups and downs with more clarity and ease.
My Style of Therapy
My style of practice is first to focus on the the safely and connection of the therapeutic relationship. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from humanistic frameworks, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), and trauma-informed care (such as the use of EMDR). This allows me to tailor our work together in a way that is both relational and responsive to your unique experiences.
