My therapeutic approach is rooted in cultivating self-acceptance and recognizing the resilience you’ve developed through life’s challenges. By fostering a non-judgmental and compassionate space, I support you in exploring parts of yourself that may feel hidden, complex, or difficult to face.

I believe that therapy is an inside job—true growth begins with embracing who you are.

Creating safety and genuine connection in our therapeutic relationship is my top priority. Drawing from humanistic frameworks, parts work (IFS), and trauma-informed care—including EMDR—I tailor our work together to be both relational and responsive to your unique story.
